Hireko Shaft Fitting Addendum has arrived. The DSFI, updated constantly by Jeff Summitt, is now available. Let's review how to use the DSFI when fitting your clients for shafts:

1. Personal Interview:
Ask as many relevant questions about the player's game as

possible. How do the current clubs feel? Do the lengths feel OK? Does the weight feel right? Questions such as these help you to determine a starting point in shaft selection.

2. Measure Existing Clubs:
By looking at and analyzing a player's current clubs, you can compare what is available versus what is being played now.
