Looking at the New Breed of Lightweight Shafts
	Hireko has committed to providing technical information on all the shaft we carry in order to help you in the field of clubfitting for yourself and your customers. Instead of relying solely on the data the manufacturers provide, Hireko started testing shafts in 1989 and continue to do so today. All of this information is available for you to see and use.
	We have finished testing all the new shafts that will be in our catalog this year, which will be made available after the first of the year. Many of these shafts are unique as the manufacturers did a great job in their R&D labs creating these unique offerings. There are several pieces of information that we collect on each shaft to find out its' "DNA" or what makes it different than another shaft model or flex. We examine these pieces of data in great detail as well as put these shafts in different heads to see how they perform and feel. In year's past, the data on the
